A delicious snack. Mash an avocado with lemon juice abd black pepper. Spread thickly onto toasted wholemeal or granary bread (no butter needed). Very Healthy Very Yummy.
For a quick dip add chopped mild pepperdew peppers.
Suffering from a cold and sore throat, take a piece of root ginger, juice of half a lemon one teaspoon of honey (preferably Manuka) top with hot water, very soooooothing.
